Kristin Carnel

What Inspired Me to Become a Massage Therapist: Growing up, my sister and I would often give shoulder massages to our family and friends. We discovered early on that we had a natural ability to sense tension and help people relax. This passion turned into a career when I saw an opportunity to fund my way through massage school, and I’ve never looked back. Experience: I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2001, with over 11 years of hands-on experience working with clients of all types. Certifications & Specialties: I specialize in Deep Tissue, Cupping, Pregnancy Massage, and Swedish techniques. Ongoing Education: I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly expand my skills.

Most recently, I’ve completed specialized courses in prenatal care and myofascial therapy to bring even more depth to my work. My Approach & Philosophy Massage Style: I combine deep tissue, myofascial release, and Swedish techniques to create a personalized experience that supports healing, relaxation, and overall wellness. Philosophy: I believe in the power of touch to foster a balanced mind-body connection, helping clients tap into their body’s natural ability to heal, whether with a gentle touch or deeper pressure.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Tailored Sessions: Every client is unique, and I approach each session with curiosity and a commitment to meeting your individual needs. I listen carefully to your concerns—whether it’s pain, tension, or mobility issues—and adjust my techniques accordingly to help you feel better and more at ease. A Little About Me What I Love to Do Outside of Work: Outside of the massage room, I’m happiest when I’m with my loved ones, including my furry companions. I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, sitting by the water, or enjoying a peaceful evening by a campfire under the stars. Cozy nights at home with good conversation and laughter are also some of my favorite moments. How My Hobbies Influence My Work: I have a passion for essential oils, and I often incorporate them into my practice to enhance relaxation and promote healing. I find that they really complement the experience and help my clients feel more centered. How I Take Care of Myself: I believe in the importance of self-care. I make time for regular massage, rest, hydration, and meditation. These practices keep me balanced and energized, so I can be fully present for my clients.
